The Village Speaker is the official publication of Golden Lakes Village Phase "B". The Village Speaker is printed in (+/-) 600 copies and distributed to 800 units via blast email and / or by printed publication. The Village Speaker is published on the association website on or before the 1st of each month for the following month.
The Editorial Staff reserves the right to edit, accept or refuse any and all copy for fit, content, clarity and appropriateness of subject matter. Golden Lakes Village Phase “B” assumes no responsibility for opinions expressed by writers.

Speaker Guidelines & Policy.
Participants in Association events understand that photographs may be taken during the event and their image / photographic likeness may appear in photographs and publications distributed by the Association. "By attending such community events, you hereby give permission that photos containing you and your accompanying guest(s) and/or family member(s) image/ likeness may be used in the Association newsletter for future publication which may be seen by the general public. The Association will not seek any further permission nor provide any notification before using such photos as taken at community sponsored events".
Neither the Golden Lakes Village Offices nor the Board of Directors of Golden Lakes Homeowners, INC and Village Condominium Association at Palm Beach, INC endorses the products or services advertised herein, ensures the correctness of advertisements contained herein, or are they responsible for any claims made by the advertisers herein.
Articles. All Speaker submissions must be submitted by the 10th of the month (Word Doc, limit 150 words) to: [email protected]
Advertisements. Advertisements can be a business card size, quarter page, half page or a full page. Payment must accompany requests and be submitted to Management by the 10th of the month prior to the month the ad will be placed. All payments payable to “Golden Lakes Homeowners Association, INC”. Advertising is subject to Golden Lakes HOA approval, who reserves the right to reject advertising for any reason. Advertising costs are subject to change, so please contact us for current pricing.
